With customer satisfaction as our prime objective we offer a friendly, efficient service with the flexibility required to deal with the daily challenges of maintaining a modern IT infrastructure.
Our standard contract is of a rolling nature with quarterly payments and a simple 3 month notice period if we do not come up to scratch. Key points of the contract are as follows:

- 9 x 5 x 6 hour response on site
- Simple 3 month notice period for cancellation
- Annual / Quarterly payments made in advance
- Any additional equipment bought from us can be added to the contract immediately with payment of the additional premium deferred until the start of the next quarter
- Equipment bought elsewhere can also be added subject to approval with an additional premium payable immediately
- Equipment can be removed from cover at the end of each quarter
We have an excellent reputation for the speed of response and fix provided by our standard maintenance service but an ever increasing reliance on computer systems is fuelling business demand for more and more uptime. To satisfy this demand we have enhanced our service with optional Maintenance Bolt-Ons.
Proactive Management System
The standard maintenance contract provides a rapid response with equipment being fixed as soon as possible but the reactive nature of fault reporting inevitably leads to unnecessary delays and downtime. Our Proactive Maintenance bolt-on continually monitors your system with health checks every 15 minutes and informs us immediately when there is a problem or when something is just not quite right. This information is invaluable as it allows our engineers to identify and fix problems before you know anything about them leading to a dramatic improvement in server uptime and business continuity.

Tape based backup systems are fine for basic protection against data loss but a typical recovery time of two to three days can cause major problems when the business comes to a halt. Our Disaster Recovery Bolt-On is a combination of offsite disk based backup and virtualisation technology making it possible to recover a server in less than two hours with a potential maximum data loss of only 15 minutes. The system is also fully automated so no more end user intervention and forgotten tape changeovers.
